• Your email address, and optionally your name, when you sign up for updates on Khaea, Hair Behavior, or Khaea Design.
• Your name, email address, and message when you submit our contact form, along with the reason you selected.

We do not currently collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use your information

• To send you updates about Khaea, Hair Behavior, and Khaea Design that you’ve asked to receive.
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.
• To understand which parts of Khaea people are most interested in, so we can build the right things next.

If you sign up for updates from more than one part of the site, we keep a single record for you rather than creating separate, duplicate entries.

Marketing consent

When you submit your email through a signup form on this site, you’re consenting to receive marketing communications from Khaea related to the area you signed up for. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

How we store and protect your information

Information submitted through this site is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with access restricted to Khaea. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by reaching out through our contact page.

Changes to this policy

As Khaea grows — including the launch of Hair Behavior and Khaea Design — this policy may be updated to reflect new features. We’ll update the date above whenever we make changes.
